Only supported option to have a your own html web resource have your field there call it on custom button click put logic to to create records behind the scene for you.
I don't think that you can modify that text in any supported way.
That text is from the Opportunity Close entity, and the form in that entity is not customizable.
Maybe someone else has a different answer, but I have not seen this being customized.
The Close Opportunity Messages of the Opportunity entity do not modify this text either.

There is no supported way..
You can either put the field in the main Opportunity Form and make sure that the user fill in it or you can create your own dialog.
