Onboarding Leave & Absence

Hey there, 
 
The leave and absence enrollment in bulk feature is limited to active workers and therefore onboarding can't be ready in advance of their employment start date, did I miss to activate any new feature that allows the list of future starters visible and available for enrollment or is this a system limitation?

    Hi,
    The leave and absence management functionality in the HR module is designed to operate with active employees. By default, enrollment of future starters in the Leave and Absence programs might be restricted due to system design considerations. I don't see relevant documentation providing new features, you can also wait for people's responses.
