Great Plains 9.0 on Windows Server 2008?

We are currently running Great Plains 9.0 on Windows Server 2003. I've been trying to find information on whether this will work on Server 2008. I see that Great Plains 10.0 does work on Windows Server 2008. Does anyone have any links to official Microsoft Documentation saying whether Great Plains 9.0 is or is not supported?

Thanks!!

    According to this techknowledge:

Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 is currently the only version of Microsoft Dynamics GP that you can use on a computer that is running Windows Server 2008.

However, if the software does not need to run on the server, you could install SQL2005 on the server and just have the data reside there.  We have done this.
