Email Templates do not appear to display correctly, truncating content

There is a slight truncation of email templates when I select them, where the left of the popup is not appearing. I have tried the following:

Checking screen resolution
Clearing browser cache
Trying a different browser

But still there's this slight issue for all users.

Is there a way around this?

2023 release wave 1 enabled

Email template is working fine in our environment after wave 1 2023 enable. sometimes, there is environment base issue after wave enable so you need to raise issue with MS
