Hi All,

exported a zipcodes file from the production site and edited the required fields and then tried to import the file, on importing the file the updated rows in excel file (.xlsx) got imported and the other removed. and on import, it displays a duplicate record error but there is no duplicate seen.

Here is a screenshot of the error.

Please help ASAP, or suggest something to solve this issue.

    Hi Talha,

    Do you have any duplicate detection rule running in backed? If yes unpublished the duplicate detection rule and try to import again.

    @Pravin Pawar
    Yes it got multiple values with same name as it is a zipcode assigned to user file.

    Hi Talha,

    You can use Configuration migration tool to import/export data.

    You can find it in SDK under tools folder.

    Hi Talha,

    There is an issue on instance where you are trying to import records. There is one lookup value in excel sheet which is having more than one record with same name. Can you please use unique id instead of name for mapping purpose.

    Please do refer following url for reference
