form from mobile application to CRM online

Hey everybody!!

I am working in this project. We have a mobile application it was already created. we have to modified a module from it to connect a portal web with a form. This data form will connect to CRM online.

I read a solution like this: we will create a portal web with Azure and external user credential. This portal will connect with our CRM online. And then we just create a link in a module of the App.

My quiestion is: Can I create a simplier solution? For example I could create a HTML form ( or whatever language requiered) and it will load this fields form to CRM online (in HTML form we also have to create a external user credentials)

Please every solution that you can imagene they will welcome!!
