Hi,

I want to create a form with one grid and below it it displays fields for each selected lines -- is there a form pattern for this?

Maybe similar to how sales line grid has a details tab or sth

Hi Junior,

You can follow DetailsMaster form pattern which will be having an Action pane >> Group (Quick filter, Grids) >> Tabs (Which holds fields - You can create a group and add fields inside).

If there is any other controls its asked to create - You can create it and set the visible property to No.

You can try Warehouse Management > Shipments > All Shipments form for reference.

Hi, You can check below suggestions first and if no form pattern found matching your requirement then you can use form pattern 'Custom'.

Consult F&O documentation (link) to see available patterns.

First of all, look at Simple List and Details form pattern (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/user-interface/simple-list-details-form-pattern?wt.mc_id=5000414). It has fields on the right, not below the grid, but you should follow F&O UX patterns instead of designing something unique.
