Can someone share  Questionnaire  template format along with standard question which help to understand the customer business during the presales(Demo) to provide the cost for implementation of Business Central Vanilla product.

    I wish there was a standard template for this, but it tends to be highly specific to each firm's products and policies. You can create your own template and analyze requirements based on Microsoft's implementation guidance, using forms to structure the process.

    Hi,  It depends on how much custom functionality the client needs, so record the Fit & Gap when you demo it with the user and then gauge how much work is required.

    It really depends on the customer type of business and what are they currently using and so on, it does require some business analysis on your end first to understand their business then you need to create a template based on that, i don't think we have anything you can download or use it, even if partners have that I doubt someone will share that with you.
