How can I add tooltip, which can act when hovered on field label of the entity form?

I want to add a long tooltip for some records of my dynamics 365 entity form, which would appear when hovered on the label/ heading of the field and disapper when moved the cursor away.
is there any way to achieve this?

You can update description from fields property. OOB feature is available no need to use custom code
