WMS mobile device issue with non Fefo batch items

I'm having an issue when receiving purchase order lines for items that are batch tracked but not FEFO. The mobile device asks for an expiration date and will not complete the work without one. These items are not FEFO and therefore do not require an expiration date. I could not find any setting that control that.  Conversely, for FEFO items, I would like to confirm the expiration date but the option does not seem to exist on the mobile device. Does anyone know the answer for these 2 questions?

    Good morning,

The system only asks the date expiration if the ítem have enabled FEFO in the ítem model groups. Have you checked this configuration?

This is a known issue. The code is backward, the system asks for a expiration date for non-Fefo items and does not show the expiration date for Fefo items.  We had to change the code for all our clients who use it. Microsoft does not have a good answer for it and would not fix it.

But, The system dont ask me this date. The versión is R3 CU8.

I configured that the batch will be created automatically and "Shelf life period in days" in the ítem. Have you the same configuration?

Let me clarify how it currently works in CU8 and CU9.

1 - Non Fefo items (Batch tracked but no shelf life): The system requires an expiration date on the mobile device. Obviously, it should not.

2- Fefo items (batch tracked with shelf life): The system does not show the expiration date on the mobile device as it is automatically populated based on the item's shelf life. So there is no way to check it on receipt or to override it to reflect the vendor's exp date for example unless the vendor info parameters is checked which is very cumbersome. Most companies want to use the vendor's batch as their batch and enter the exp. date.

These are the 2 areas we had to fix for all our implementations .
