Hi,
I was wondering if it's possible to incorporate power bi visuals or dashboards in the audience insights. There are some charts on the demos that i've watched in the customer profile but i think these come from the enrichments section. The metrics that i've created so far seem pretty basic and i would like to show more information.

I hate to answer a question by asking one, but may I ask what you are looking to do regarding the embedding? Is it to embed a PBI report/dashboard on a customer card? If it's the other way (Wanting to embed CI data into dynamics or another app, that''s a lot more straightforward).
In terms of CI, there's very constrained ability in terms of customizing the UI. Dashboards, I don't know of any way to embed something in the overview (guessing that's main place you'd want a dashboard to go). All of the visualizations you see throughout the product are PBI but those aren't ones you upload. I think for now the best bet is using the CI Connector to source your PBI data (there are a lot of nuances to it b/c, CI data is structured differently from a traditional dim/fact data model but there's still a lot to work with) and you can embed the CI data in the PBIX or use an HTML page to host both of them. There's also a Reports function on Engagement insights but that's a different feature than what I suspect you're looking for. I probably can't get to it until tomorrow b/c I have to blur a lot of data, but I can probably follow up with a few examples of what we've done as inspiration/rough idea of what's doable right now. I think in the near future there will be a lot coming but right now, it''s fairly limited inside CI.

Customer Insights (aka CI) does offer a "Customers" view in our app, which serve as a basic example of what data is available in CI for a specific customer. This page is not aiming to be a main consumption place of CI data for our users. That's why we don't allow customization of it.
