Production order reported as finished with blank license plate

Hi everyone

I have a problem that when I did report as finished for a production order generated production output (pallets) with blank license plates and now I can't receive the production in the warehouse because the License plate must be specified for the warehouse and also I can't edit or add license plate to the pallets. How can I reverse or cancel the production order after it got posted.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi Bakonda,

Can you verify whether your Report as Finished Journal has been posted? If you can't receive in warehouse, more than likekly nothing was posted. In that case, open you RAF journal and add the required LP and post again.
