Hello
Our Dynamics system creates new contacts both manually and automatically (via web forms)
Using Dynamics Marketing, what is the recommended way to send a welcome email to all new contacts, but exclude existing contacts
Thanks
Pete

For me this isn't an answer, as we want to include contacts who've been created manually in Dynamics as well as via a form submit
Perhaps you could use a real-time journey in your example?
Is there a way to do this faster?
If we would like to send out a welcome email instant or within 1 hour?
Something like this?
If it is possible to set dynamic timestamp? Like you can do with "Is within x". Just in minutes or hours
Hi Pete,
Yes, a normal one is enough.
I was overthinking it.
Thanks. In your example, what is the reason for using a recurring customer journey? Would a normal Journey work also?
Hi Pete,
I think the best way is to create a dynamic segment to filter out the contacts who are created in the past day.
The segment is something like the following.
You can set the customer journey as a recuring one and set the Recurrence interval as 1.
So that the email will be sent to the new contacts created daily.
