Limitation of the query in segments

Dear Community,

I was wondering if there is any operator or fuction I could use to limit my segments. Like a query might have a size of 869 members but i just want the query to limit for 500 members in the segment.
Is there any fuction to this case yet?

Why do I want to limit the query? Our customer is using custom tiles for customer journey and want to limit the query for reason in terms of mail delivery (offline business too). So they just want that the Mail delivery will promote 500 customer with a specific campagne. 

Thanks a lot for your help and ideas how to manage this case.

    Hi Joannis,

    unfortunately, there's no OOB functionality in segment builder to support that.

    Nikolai has made a good proposal on how to introduce additional condition to limit the segment.

    Otherwise, you may consider adding limitation within a customer journey

    Hello Joannis,

    You could create another segment to query remaining members that you don't want them to participate customer journey, and exclude them by setting the segment to suppression segment.

    Otherwise leveraging a field custom channel tile: ComplianceField

    Marketing activities will only generate for contacts whose the compliance field equals to false.
