Unable to communicate with Sharepoint Server

Dear All,

I am trying to setup in the Document management parameters configure SharePoint storage Options where i am trying to test connection and i am getting the below error.

/Unable to communicate with the SharePoint server: XXXXX.sharepoint.com/

any body is facing such issue and how it can be solved.

Please advise.

Hi,

Can you please check if the underlying SharePoint environment works firstly? Check if you can access the SharePoint site. (Because I can't connect to SharePoint either, there may be a problem with SharePoint)

if you can access the SharePoint, you can check out this document, which explains how a cloud-hosted environment can solve the problem of SharePoint not connecting: www.sikich.com.
