Hi expert,

Currently I'm facing a problem doing testing on Sandbox with SCM license only.

Unfortunately, even though I have configured SCM functions and ledger posting set to disable, error still occur that asking for ledger posting setup.
And in the Sandbox, with SCM license only I still able to use all functions (with Sys. admin role), and this makes me confuse.

Anyone can help me about this? How actually SCM license works? Is it possible only using SCM license and no ledger posting needed?

Hi Jhohannes Pa-nggabean,

Ledger posting setup is a pre-requisite for SCM functions to work.

For example, if you are posting a purchase order invoice then the pre-requisite is to setup the Item Model group in Manage costs section of a product etc.

Looking at the issue looks like the pre-requisite Ledger posting setup is not done, however you do have a license to perform ledger posting tasks.
