Upgradation of Microsoft GP 2010 to 2016

Hi All,

At present I am using Microsoft Dynamic GP 2010 and SQL 2008.

Now I want to upgrade the same to GP 2016 and SQL 2016.

Can any one help me to do this easily without effecting my existing data
