Hi everybody!
When I post and send a sales invoice, I would like BC to automatically attach a PDF of this invoice to the posting.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

I know Microsoft added "Attach as PDF" to some pages. See below. But I think it is no automated way exist the way you asked for it. I think it could be an either easy customization or you may need 3rd part app for it.

Adding to the other replies... As YUN ZHU showed you, you can click and attach as PDF. If you are looking for more automation of this you can look at Continia Output. All my customers as for this feature and you can pick and choose those using email and those send via Postal Service.

Hi, If it is the same sales invoice, you can modify the ID of the default sales invoice report, so using the above solution should solve it.
Many thanks for getting back to me on this zhu . It is not a standard report, it is a new custom report that we want to automatically attach to the sales order each time it is run.
