Upgrade to Windows Server Standard 2016 for SL2011 FP1, Management Reporter, and Forecaster

Hello,

If upgrading to Windows Server Standard 2016, would  SL2011 FP1, Management Reporter, and Forecaster be supported?

SQL Server 2012 is also running on a server planned for upgrading.
