Hi!
I managed to set/change an image from a flow in the body section of a word document. BUT changing/setting an image in the header or the footer section of a document doesn't work. The flow runs with no error, but opening the word document you see a placeholder instead of the images in header and footer section with the notice "This image can't be displayed."
Anybody has experienced the same issue and/or has a solution/clue to solve this?

Thank you for your interest in my concerns.
I use the Power App Web UI to build the flow. The flow uses the word online business reference. I open the image from a sharepoint storage and insert the contents of the image file into word. As i said, inserting the image in the normal body part of a word file works fine, inserting an image into the header or footer section of the word document, fails.
