Long story short, the computer in which RMS 2.0 Headquarters Client was installed and activated in has a problem with the RAM slots on the motherboard and seems to kill of the new RAM sticks when replaced in a short amount of time.
So I swapped out the hard-drive from this computer to another computer... The RMS HQ Client software is still installed but there is an activation issue now.
Any idea on how to solve this issue without needing a new key?

Thanks for the response,
Upon re-installation the software asks to Activate it. However, when I enter the key used to activate it originally over the network, it gives me a network or communication error...
Hi Atalia.
Yes, very easy, two options:
1.) If You have the mail with the original key, You can re-install it and re-register the software
2.) Talk to your RMS Partner from whom you got the licenses and if You are on active BREP, they should be able to talk to Microsoft/distribution partner and get You a substitute key
