Field PhysicalWidth must not be filled in if field WHSEnabled for the table InventLocation is filled with 'Yes'

I was trying to update the locations Width via DMF when I encounter this error.

Field PhysicalWidth must not be filled in if field WHSEnabled for the table InventLocation is filled with 'Yes'

I tried to search this field and only found references that this field is not editable. Is there a way to update the location's physical dimensions without changing WHSEnabled to 'No'?

    Is the field PhysicalWidth custom? Has this field ever been developed?Can you share more details so that we can help you better?

    Hi Judy,

    As far as I know, there were no development made on these fields. The initial value of these fields are 0.00. When we updated the value to other than 0, it resulted to the said error.

    Hi Sett,

    So you got your answer.You have tried to search this field and found this field is not editable when the field InventLocation is filled with 'Yes'.

    If you want to change the rules, suggest you do some customization.
