Dynamics CRM Turkey Time Zone Problem

We are a company settled in Turkey using Dynamics CRM 2015 on-prem

during the last month, government changed the time zone for whole Country (GMT+3) but there is no update to solve it in CRM

is there anybody have an idea to solve this ? (there is no DST application change whole year)

Note that : Server updates and client updates are done so far.

    Hi Volkan

    You will need to raise a case with Microsoft for this as i beleive it will require a hotfix

    We had the same problem and following updates helped.

    For Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 R2 :

    support.microsoft.com/.../3192403     (EN)

    support.microsoft.com/.../3192403       (TR)

    For Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 :

    support.microsoft.com/.../3192404     (EN)

    support.microsoft.com/.../3192404       (TR)

    For Windows 10 users :

    For version 1511 ;

    catalog.update.microsoft.com/.../Search.aspx

    For version 1607 ;

    catalog.update.microsoft.com/.../Search.aspx

    Hi Volkan,

    As a fast solution you can change user time zone to kuwait as they are on +3.

    Microsft will fix this with upcoming rollups.

    But the thing is it is a temporary workaround solution. I tried it before and it changes itself to +2 again. We came up with that updates and it helped.
