Inbound tracking control center doesnt show all legs in Landed cost module

Hi,
 
I am using landed cost module in USMF demo data. I noticed that for some journey templates legs like Container return and Arrived at Warehouse doesnt reflect when you create voyage. Does anyone knows the logic/reason please?
 
For example Journey template, Shanghai China to Auckland Newzeland, we can see one of the leg is 60-Return
 
But when created a voyage and checking inbound control tracking it doesnt show that particular leg.
