Hi All,
I am new in GP implementation please let me know , how to install project Accounting & Field Service Module in a new fresh setup company (Dynamics GP)

Hi there, a quick follow up to this question,
I have created a new company with project accounting module installed and duly registered with the project accounting module checked under system registration. However, I cannot find projects as a module under setup

OK, have you checked the Registration Keys for the company you are creating and have you made sure that the Project and Field are both active in the Registration window?
If they are not there, then it will not appear on your menus.
Hey Bill Thanks for reply and suggest me ! , actually my problems is that i found Project Accounting and Field Service Module only into sample company "Fabrikan Info"
but when i create a new company there was not found both Module (Project Accounting & Field Service Module.)
Please suggest me how to found / Install both module in my particular new company .

Before you start anything along these lines be sure to have a backup of the databases and of the GP Client Code folder, make sure all users are off the system and you are connected as an Administrator, be sure are able to login to GP as the SA. If you are not clear on any of these points, do not proceed - ask for clarification first.
If you have already got GP running for a company and are creating a new company or even if this is the first time creating the company the steps are pretty well the same.
First make a quick backup of the GP code folder on the machine you want to install the new modules.
Go to the Control Panel on the computer where you wish to install the Project Accounting and Field Service modules and select Programs and Files - chose Microsoft Dynamics GP (Version) and right click or select Change
Once you have this open, select to Add/Modify Existing Options
This should open the menu to the location where you can select the additional modules you want to add to the system.
NOTE: you should be doing this when NO one else is active in the system - no users should be using GP at this time.
This will add the code to the local workstation running GP when you run the Dynamics Utilities.
NOTE: simply installing Project Accounting and Field Service is only the first part - the configuration and setup and the integration of the other modules is very complex - do not start this in your LIVE environment if you are not sure how to complete the entire setup.
Strongly recommend that if you are learning the set up as you go, that you do so not only in a test environment (new database for the company and for Dynamics) but from a workstation that is only to be used to access the test environment.
