Hello community,
Here is my use case. My client has single Default Subscription center, unique Unsubscribe link that is used in all Commercial emails.
So, in case when receiver gets email that contains this Unsubscribe link, he/she needs to check Do not bulk email and to click Submit button. It that case, he/she will get an DOI email to Confirm his/her previous submissions.
But, if he/she changes his/her mind and go back to the same Unsubscribe link from the previous email he/she would need to untick Do not bulk email and to click Submit button. In this case he/she is also getting DOI email with confirmation button, but my client doesn't want this email to be send.
In both cases single Form is used with Form level setup for Double Opt-In.
Any ideas how I could handle this situation?
Thank you in advance
Regards,
Jelica
Hi Jelica,
The Double opt-in email cannot be sent based on the submitted value by design.
You can post your proposal in Ideas forum.
It will have the opportunity to be converted into a requirement for the future.
