I am trying to end the Quarantine order that has been registered and got this error message.

Does anyone here have solution to resolve this?

Please share with me if any.

The status of Quarantine order is Report as Finished.

Now, I am trying to End this

After received quantity from Batch Order, system automatically generated a Quarantine Order.

From this Quarantine Order, I split in 2 lines: one is Good quantity, another is Not Good qty.

Good qty line is already posted, now I am trying to post the Not Good one.

This is the first time I got this issue.

Do you have any idea to solve this, please share with me if any.

Hello, I remember this issue was considered as a bug and there was a code fix written for that in the forum. I searched but couldn't find since im with mobile now. Te issue is exactly like you said, split a line in two or more, post the first one and AX keeps finding this one later on. And keeps telling you it is already posted.

If the order lines is already received or deducted, and physical voucher got updated for same line system will through this error.

Please check your order line status in inventory transaction (Status Receipt should not be received or StatusIssue should not deducted).

I never got this one while doing things my old way. Any ideas into this error?
