AX in Windows Terminal Server can't run!!! how to fix it.

The Error message in the below is show:

Microsoft Dynamics AX Client Stopping work.

->Online check have solution and close program.

->Close program

-> Debug the program.

I try the below way but no work:

1. reboot, but no work.

2. Quick the domain name, then join the domain again, but still no work.

Have any one could help me.....

Also, please give us more context, such as whether it happens to all users, whether it worked before or it's a new installation, what did you find in event logs and so on.

This is just showing an application crash above, which can happen due to any number of reasons.

You are talking about Terminal Server, but that is old technology and presumably you are using an old platform as well. Try using a supported environment, such as Windows Server 2012 R2 which has Remote Desktop Services (formerly Terminal Server) available.

Make sure that your AX client executable version matches the AX AOS service executable version.

Verify you are on the latest available kernel, and that hotfix is installed for all AX components that you have deployed.

Regularly clean up the *.AUC files from your Windows User profile directories.

If the above does not help, collect a Crash dump, then open a Support Incident with Microsoft, where they may do a crash dump analysis for you in order to identify the root cause of the issue.

1. This Problem is to all user happened.

2. This problem is always happened, then we can't find the solution, sometime reboot is OK,

sometime we just only one thing to do is waiting with good patient.

Okay, so you have AX clients crashing on something that looks like a security exception (0x00000721), but you have no idea at all what's causing it. The good news is that you can extract much more information. Generate a memory dump on crash, which contains (among other things) details of the exception, call stacks and values of variables. Knowing which exact sequence of calls led to the crash will surely give you a better idea.

You can either create a support request with Microsoft (and pass the dump to them) or analyze it by yourself with WinDbg.
