I'm setting up a workflow for our sales team that will trigger when a lead with a specific source reaches a certain stage in the Business Process Flow. The workflow creates a phone call if the lead has reached a certain status, but the business has requested that this phone call activity should show on the entity for the related contact, which it does well.
However, another team already have a similar workflow that shows on the Lead entity. My dilemma is that activities from both workflows are showing on the Contact activity pane, which is causing confusion for the team working with the contact. My question is, therefore, if it is possible to restrict a workflow so that activities are only shown on a specific entity - in this case, the workflow for the Lead should only show on the Lead entity, and the same for the Contact entity. Does anyone know of any possible workaround?
