Only showing certain activities on contact entity

Hi all,

I'm setting up a workflow for our sales team that will trigger when a lead with a specific source reaches a certain stage in the Business Process Flow. The workflow creates a phone call if the lead has reached  a certain status, but the business has requested that this phone call activity should show on the entity for the related contact, which it does well. 

However, another team already have a similar workflow that shows on the Lead entity. My dilemma is that activities from both workflows are showing on the Contact activity pane, which is causing confusion for the team working with the contact. My question is, therefore, if it is possible to restrict a workflow so that activities are only shown on a specific entity - in this case, the workflow for the Lead should only show on the Lead entity, and the same for the Contact entity. Does anyone know of any possible workaround?

    Sure, below is a screenshot of the activities pane on the Contact page.

    The phone calls that the business would like to see are the ones with 'Dealer Call 1' in the description. In this instance, they have duplicated, but this is being worked on. 

    You can see a phone call with the description 'Call Pitch 1 - Dealer Workflow 1'. This call is created by a separate workflow used by a different team, but is not useful for the team who have put in the business request for what I refer to as the Dealer Calls (the bottom two phone calls in the screenshot) - they have requested we find a way to remove the Call Pitch phone calls from the contact entity. 

    Obviously, to delete the existing functioning workflow would cause a huge knock-on effect to the other team, and so isn't an option. I'm just wondering if there is any way at all that I can make it so that the Dealer Calls show on the Activities pane on the Contact only, and the Call Pitches on the Lead only. Would this be possible?
