Using New Salesprice Experience for Items on Jobs

I have a Customer Running BC 21.3 in a OnPrem installation.
I have Enabled the /New Sales oricing experience/ and completed the data update.
 
I have made Sales Price List where I have assigned a Cost Factor /1,25/ for Item's - the Product No. is blank in order to have the Cost Factor added to all Items.
 
It does not work!
I have made the same setup in my 22.1 demo platform and here it works just fine.
 
Any ideas to what I have been missing?
