Hi all,
Is it possible to edit a customer journey after the customer has been Live?
By edit I mean adding or removing tiles, or changing conditions.

Hi Morten,
It is impossible unfortunately.
You can save the original journey as a template, create a new journey based on the template and edit it, so that you can bypass the complicated steps of resetting.
