I hope that someone can help me find the answer to this. Among the things we sell, we also sell hours of time for our service providers. Then when the invoices are funded, we create jobs and assign our service technicians (who are resources in our system) to jobs on the planning lines and specify the quantity of hours and the rate. Then they use timesheets to keep track of their hours as they work the jobs. When we run reports, all we can see is the percentage the job is complete and we would like to see the quantity hours remaining on the job.
Is it possible to create a report that would let us see the quantity left against the job? Perhaps a report that contains two datasets for jobs and job planning lines? I hope someone has some experience with this and can share some information.
