Hi expert,

Open in Excel lets you use the data entity that is related to the form data. Is it a property on AOT to define a related data entity for the form?

hi Yuji,

By default, if the form`s parent datasource matches with the entity`s datasource, the 'Open in Excel' will be automatically set.

Hi Yuji,

It is not a property on AOT.

When an entity has the same root datasource (table) as a form, it will be added as an option in the Open in Excel section of the Open in Microsoft Office menu. You may refer to docs.microsoft.com/.../office-integration-edit-excel
