Field Level Security Difficulty/Error Please help!

If anyone can figure out what is wrong here I'd be super grateful!

I have a system admin account and I created a field level security profile.  When I try to add any access to a specific field through there whether it be read, write or create I get an error saying that it doesn't have "Read privilege for attritubte "field name" of entity account.

I am on a system admin account and this worked fine without issue in our Dev environment.  Any ideas what could be wrong?

Can you check the security role of this user?

I created the Field Level Security Profile and I am a system admin.  That's why this is so confusing :(

ok. So the Guid is of your User? Is the attribute "asc_iradirectesign" currency type and did you upgrade from any previous version of CRM  to CRM 2016

Also check this blog. If it can help you to investigate or co-relate your issue.

I am not sure what the guid is. But that field is a custom field I created which is just a boolean. I did create the field level security profile too, both manually in 2016.  This works in our dev environment without issue so not sure why there is an error here, especially since I have system admin security role.

Is it possible for you to share screen shot of your Field Level Security Profile i.e. Member list and the Field List
