May i know any method i can store the Credit Card first 4 digit in table instead of last 4 digit.
because i want using the first 4 digit to do the report.

You need to contact Ryan Sakry with Rite.US. My accounting department required this and we had to have them create a custom add on to capture and store the first 4 digits on the CC number and they also created the reporting for this. This is not possible just using Dynamics by itself. The link below will give you his contact information. To jog his memory you can tell him it was the add on for South of the Border in Dillon, SC ...our partner at the time was Pinnacle Network Solutions in Florence, SC.
