I have created multiple forms on account entity. Enabled security roles for all forms.
But I am not able to see the down arrow next to form name on account entity to switch the forms.
down arrow is not visible even from system administrator login.
Environment Details:
CRM 2013
On premise
Service Pack 1 (6.1.0.581)

could you share a screenshot where we could see the list of forms for that entity? (same question Gopalan is asking, really, but it may help to see a screenshot)
When configurin form security, did you enable those forms for the admin user as well (to your point about the sysadmin user.. I believe sysadmins won't see all forms automatically - you still have to enable those forms through the security)? Could you share a screenshot of the security settings for one of the forms that's not showing up?

How many active Main forms are available?
Try to deactivate the form which is showing up and check if the other active main form is visible.
"Account : Basic " is the only form visible. There is no drop down arrow to change the form.
Yes All forms have been published multiple times.

did you activate the form? custimizations->Entities->YourEntity->Forms->yourForm. Button activate is on top for forms view.
