Cannot reserve item on the picking list registration form and shipment form

I can reserve item on the sales order line, but it seems like that cannot do it on the picking list registration form line as below:

and i cannot reserve it on the shipment form as below, i clicked the "Reserve now" but the material is not reserved in the inventory.

It looks like it already reserved.

Not really, the item is not reserved in the inventory, available on-hand inventory is not changed.

What Fredik was hinting at is that on your screenshot the selected shipment has a status of Reserved, meaning that it thinks the items are reserved. So unless you are wrong, you have data corruption.

Can you try clicking on "Cancel reservation" (which is also active since it thinks it is reserved), and then trying to reserve again?

Can you show the screenshot of the Inventory Transactions. This will let us know the actual status of the item.

Hi Guy and Sumit

Here is the on-hand inventory screenshot

Physical inventory = Available for reservation, "Reserve Now" doesn't take effect.

Here is my reservation combination:

Is it because i didn't maintain warehouse item for the product ? (by the way i didn't enable the "Location" on the "Storage dimension group")

Order picking is used when the item is not tracked at Location level.

So your items were automatically picked, it seems like. At least based on the on-hand information. The form Sumit was asking for is Inventory transactions.
