How do I add an existing section to the menu of user role

I need Business Manager access for my company but also require Project Manager access. I'm back & forth between the roles all day long and don't want to have to switch my user roles just to have to change screens. I've already copied the Business Manager role a new Business & Project Manager role. How can I personalize my screen to add the Project section from the extended menu to my Home menu?

I've researched and see that it can be done through development tools. But I have to believe that there is a simpler way to add an existing section. I'm not trying to create something new.

Unfortunately it's not possible out of the box to customize the navigation menu without having a developer do it. You have two options, have a developer do it, or select the role center that most closely resembles what you're looking for and then simply bookmark the pages from the other role center that you need.

Not the answer I was looking for but using a developer confirms what I've seen in my research so far.
