Depending on the data that you are looking to integrate you *might* beable to use COnnector for Microsoft Dynamics, though this would be a completely unsupported use case.

There is no connector between Navision and GP.

Use eConnect incoming and outgoing schemas to get Navision to talk to GP, would be my advice.
