Word Template unable to show an entity´s Unique ID?

I am creating a simple Word Template,

The Template has been saved and mapped to the required entity /in my case: Training Program)
The Unique ID (let´s say prefix_trainingprogramid) is simply the GUID, which I see in the URL lookin something like this: entityrecord&etn=prefix_trainingprogram&id=27771b8t-d9b1-ed71-83ff-000d4ab9e37c
So in essence I think I should get 27771b8t-d9b1-ed71-83ff-000d4ab9e37c showing in the word template

Unfortunately the template return an empty value and nothing is showing up... I tried to research and could not find any issues or restrictions when it comes to unique identifiers?

Hi F.Mogheth,

The GUID is not a field and cannot be fetched like any other field.

It is recommended that you create a custom field to manually fill in the GUID value and reference it.
