Hello dear community,

I need your knowledge.

I would like to print a logo via the store commerce app, which is stored in the receipt designer.

I put the logo under Images and then insert it under Receipt Layout in the Designer.

Unfortunately, all I have is the knowledge that it has to be a monochrome bitmap.

Is there anyone here who has the exact dates?

The printer is an Epson TM-T88VI. He prints a logo that is blurred.

I don't want to store the data directly in the printer, but rather in the DFO.

Is there anyone who knows the maximum amount of data it can have?

Maximum KB ?

Maximum resolution (pixels) ?

Only bitmap monochrome or alternatives?

I would appreciate any help.

Hi,
This is an English forum, maybe you should translate your question into English so more people can understand it. Also you can check this link and print your logo according to the steps in the link.
