Hi guys i've recently been having problems with Reports in Dynamics CRM 4.0 and after trying to resolve the problem i've edited something and i'm not sure what but its made it so that i can no longer send e-mail via the CRM which is a major problem for me.
Here's a summary of my setup (single server):
- SBS 2008
- SQL 2008 R2
- Exchange 2007
- MS Dynamics CRM 4.0
I have email accounts set up and i can send/receive emails through the outlook accounts to external e-mails (hotmail for example). However, when i try to send an email directly through the CRM i now get this error message coming up in my event log:
#61042 - An error occurred while processing the outgoing e-mail message with subject "test CRM:0001053" for SMTP: http://<External IP Address>/<CRM> for delivery through <SEVER NAME> System.Net.Mail.SmtpFailedRecipientException: Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.1 Unable to relay

at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.SmtpPollingSendEmailProvider.ProcessMessageInternal(email emailMessage)
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingSendEmailProvider.Run()
Any ideas how i can resolve this quickly?
Also when doing all of this i am now unable to access my companyweb(the built in SBS 2008 intranet) or any of my web applications so i'm thinking this may be an IIS problem?
I'm new to all of this and this is the first server i've built or anything so any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Reece
