How do l create Sales Invoice Template in GP, ie l want to my invoice to have my company logo, VAT Number, etc

The whole process is more than I can write this morning. Search the internet for GP Word Templates and several articles will come up, there are even YouTube videos. I'm going to presume you are using SOP. GP comes with a SOP template, but explaining the entire process is more than I can do this morning. Search the blogs or use GPWindow, several articles have been written covering the whole process. Check the GPBlogster's forum, I think he has some articles regarding the Word templates. You can also get more information in the Report Writer user's manual.

thanks for the reply. l want to start invoicing my debtors from GP , so GP have a default Sales invoice template. So as for me l want to put my companies details i.e contact person , address , vat No. and company logo etc.
Are you using Invoicing or Sales Order Processing? We have lots of examples out here.
