Management Reporter 2012 Process Server on Separate Server

I am trying to separate the application service server from the process service server in Management Reporter. I have had the application service and process service running on the same machine. I uninstalled Process Service on that server and attempted to install the process service on a new machine with all system requirements.

When I finish the installation, I get the following message:

Soap security negotiation with

'http://sqlgp3:4712 ConnectorConfiguration.svc for target

'http://sqlgp3:4712 ConnectorConfiguration.svc failed see inner exception for details.

From Log: It seems to be looking for the application service on a different server(the same server as the process service server)

Am I not getting something?
