I am trying to figure out a solution and I can't tell from the online documentation if this is even possible or not.
I would like to have dynamic content in an email, where both the imagery and the whole content block itself (i.e. all the text not just one or two words) are changed dynamically.
I need these changes to happen based on either there being a data change (such as two languages French or English noted in the database), or for the content to get changed dynamically based upon what the email recipient clicks on within a prior email (e.g. has clicked 2/3 times on some specific marketing messaging therefore if they do, show them x content in the next email) etc etc.
Can anyone point me in the direction of how to execute those?
Any help would be much appreciated indeed.

Unfortunately, there is no OOB way to achieve this. If you want to two languages, you need to create two version email with different language:
