CRM business Process Flow

Hi all,

I am Trying to create a Business Process Flow on CRM 2015. The Problem I am facing is that when I am creating a new step and I am trying to select an entity, I cant see the entity I want. FYI I have created an I:N relationship with these entities.

Do I miss anything else?

You have the 1:N the right way round?

If Stage 1 uses entity A, and you want to add stage 2 using entity B, then A must be the "1" (parent) and B is the "N" (child).

It is likely that the entity you are trying to select does not have the 'Business Process Flows (Fields will be created)' checkbox checked in the entity customization properties.

Check Business Process Flow Property enabled in your custom entity

Hi Adam,

This is exactly what I have done. The entity A is the "1" and the entity B is the "N". additionally, I tried the other way round and it still doesn't work.
