Tasks and appointments sync between Sales Hub and Outlook Calender

Hi everyone,

i have the problem that the Sync between Sales Hub and Outlook Calender ist not working perfect.

If i create a appointment in sales hub, it goes to outlook. If i do it in Outlook, it goes to sales hub. If i change something, it works within a few minutes. But if i close/ delete an appointment in sales hub, the only thing that happens in outlook is that the mark on the left side of the appointment change its color. If i close/delete the appointment in outlook, nothing happens in sales hub.

Should it be that way? Looks weird to me.

Maybe one of you have a solution for me, to delete one and the second one is deleted by the system automatically.

Thanks and best regards

David

    Hi David D,

Please view the synchronized fields first: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/view-fields-synchronized-dynamics-365-outlook

Next check to see if the conditions are met: Deleting records that have been tracked with Dynamics 365 for Outlook | Microsoft Learn

    Hey Haig Liu,

all fields are two way synced and the conditions are met, but still not working. Maybe there are some security settings.

    Its works 50/50 :D

Here is another resource which may be helpful:

See the mention of the SSSPropagateAppointmentCancellationsToExchange setting.
