ReportLayoutStyleTemplate not working in Sandbox and Production

Hi All,

I'm having issue with ReportLayoutStyleTemplate applied to one of my report tables. It's working correctly in my development environment but once the package is deployed in sandbox, the report layout is completely broken. Any idea on how to fix this?

Sensitive data has been removed from these reports.

    Are both environments on the same version?

    Did you test the report with data from the sandbox?

    Hi Komi,

    Thank you for the response. Yes, both environments are on the same version.

    I noticed that the deployable package compiled from my pipeline in DevOps has a different copy of the report .rdl file from the development machine .rdl. It's missing the <page></page> portion of the template. It's just a default <page></page> with default page height, width and margins. I made sure that the report.xml is checked in, could there be a file missing from the check in that's causing this?

    I made sure the report.xml associated with my extension is checked in with the template layout defined in it.

    Hi, if working in Dev environment and report component missing in package then it would be either check-in issue or merge issue.

    Hi,

    Just like Mohit said, it is obvious that the updated report did not get applied to the UAT. Reapply the update and check.
