Cancel or reverse a donation

We have a requirement to show a cancelled/reversed donation. The TRANSACTION entity only allows a minimum value of 0. Negative values are therefore not supported. Once a donation has been posted we cannot therefore create a corresponding reversal with a negative value. Any suggestions as to how to approach this question. Thank you.

Hi Richard Jarvis,

First of all, go to make.powerapps.com. Check the properties of the column. Configure the minimum value from 0 to less than 0. This will resolve your problem

Optional just to enhance your accelerator more: You can new donation and say it refund with the equivalent negative amount. Create a new column of 'Donation' in the Donation Table. In other words, create a hierarchical relationship.

When creating a Refund fill in both records for reference.
