Hi,

One of my client uploaded a file in document section, it's not getting open. I downloaded it, and then draged it in browser and i was able to open it. Next i saved it as pdf and imported back in documents for them to access. i want to know is there some file types that Dynamic support and file with no extension how does they can be accessed.

Any ideas?

Hi Ravi,

All file types apart form the list mentioned under Set Blocked file extensions for attachments in system settings should be allowed to open.

Please find out the extension of the file which was uploaded to the document section by checking the file's properties and verify if the extension is listed under the blocked list in system settings.
